Bessie is the founder and principal designer of Kardinia Interior Design. Her work includes full service interior design, renovations, new construction, interior decorating and styling for residential properties.
She believes good design involves creating a unique and customized space that feels lived in, that perfectly complements her clients’ style, and that incorporates design elements that the client wouldn’t have thought of themselves. Bessie is very hands on (a self-proclaimed perfectionist) and works tirelessly from conception to the last finishing detail.
Bessie lives in Orlando with her husband Jason and son Harrison.

Rita's role includes assisting in the development of each client's design vision with the Principal Designer, presenting design concepts, selecting and sourcing products, furniture and finishes, engaging with clients throughout the project, assisting in the preparation of design presentations and meetings and collaboration with the Principal Designer on project styling.

Meredith's role includes vendor and subcontractor management, procurement to include processing purchase orders and tracking shipping and receiving, project management, and business development including preparing proposals.

Alli's role includes assisting on projects through all phases of design process, selecting and sourcing products, furniture and finishes, engaging with clients throughout each project, assisting in the preparation of design presentations and meetings, and the preparation of technical drawings to include space plans, furniture, flooring and lighting plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations as well as 2D and 3D renderings.

Finley's role includes assisting the Principal Designer and the design team on all administrative tasks including ordering samples, maintaining our sample library, and client presentation preparation. Finley also manages all of the inventory for our shop, Kardinia Home and serves as our shop associate.
